I ordered my machine and it turned out that it arrived incomplete, they didn't send me the connection cable, the pedal to dispense the chocolate or the key that goes in the machine in the back so that the chocolate doesn't come out, unfortunately I trusted that everything had arrived correctly since I had bought one previously and it arrived complete. But it turns out that this one arrived incomplete for that reason I can't use it OR TEST IT until I get its parts since I asked them to check that they didn't send it complete and they respond that they have an audit that really DOESN'T work because my order didn't arrive complete and they are not even capable of verifying it, they only send a video where the complete parts appear but never if they packed them and sent it and they wash their hands of that. You definitely can't trust that the complete item will arrive, so far I don't know if it works, very bad service definitely.
